Processing Time

All Pixie Pairs items are handmade and made-to-order. Our current processing time is approximately 2 weeks.

Please note:

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to begin, create, and prepare your order for shipment.

This is separate from the shipping method and delivery timeframe you select at checkout.

Before completing your purchase, you’ll see available shipping options that include estimated delivery dates - these take both processing time and transit time into account. For the most accurate timeframe on when you will receive your order, please refer to the estimated delivery date shown at checkout or refer to your order confirmation email.

If there are any changes to our processing time, we will update this page and notify customers accordingly.

Lost Packages

Once an order is marked as shipped and handed off to USPS, it is completely out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot offer replacements or refunds. If your package is missing, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Damaged Items

We carefully inspect and package each item to ensure it is ready to receive and enjoy! However, if your order is damaged during transit, Pixie Pairs is not liable for those damages and cannot issue a refund or replacement. Please file a claim with your local USPS office to report the damages to your item(s) as soon as possible.
