  • Do you accept exchanges, returns, or refunds?
    Because all of our Magic Wear items and accessories are wearable/usable, we currently do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds after an order has been shipped/delivered. All sales are final. 


  • Can I cancel my order?
    Yes, we are more than willing to cancel an unwanted order as long as the order has not been created or shipped. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.


  • What size is the width of the headbands? 
    All headbands measure 1 inch from the top and become more narrow nearing the bottom/behind the ears. 


  • How do the headbands fit? 
    Our headbands are a one-size-fits-most, they also resemble the fit of the ears sold in the parks! If you or your little one can fit in the park headbands, you will more than likely also fit in ours!


  • How do the baby headbands fit? 
    Our baby headbands are made on an adjustable and stretchy headband to optimize comfort for your little one. 


  • How long will it take for my order to get delivered? 
    All of our items are made-to-order. Our current processing time is approximately 2 weeks. Keep in mind that  processing time is separate from the shipping time frame you choose at checkout. Processing time is the time it takes for us to reach your order on our to-do list, create your item(s), and finally prepare them for shipment. 

    Prior to checkout, you will be displayed with shipping options that provide you with an estimated delivery time frame which conveniently already includes our processing time. Please refer to these dates carefully for proper planning. You may also refer back to your confirmation email for more guidance on an estimated delivery date for your order. 


  • What happens if my item gets lost in the mail? 
    Unfortunately, once an item is dropped off for shipment at USPS, it is out of our hands and we cannot reimburse or replace lost items/orders. Please reach out to USPS to make a claim for your missing package.


  • What happens if my item gets damaged in transit? 
    Similarly to lost items and packages, we are not held responsible for any possible damages caused to orders or items while in transit, and we cannot provide any reimbursements or replacements for damaged items. All items are carefully made, prepped and inspected prior to packaging to ensure that all items are ready to be received. If your item(s) are damaged in transit, please contact your local USPS as soon as possible to file a claim.


  • I received the wrong item/size/color. What can I do?
    While we do thoroughly inspect and prep every item for shipment, mistakes can happen during packaging. If you have received the incorrect item, incorrect size, or incorrect color, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of the delivery of your package. We will work promptly to look further into your order and take the appropriate steps to get you the Magic Wear items you ordered. 


    **Pixie Pairs reserves the right to refuse service to customers who have demonstrated a history of false claims, disputed charges without merit, or violated our terms and store policies. If service is denied, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued without prior consultation**
