Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to hygienic safety and because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure that you have selected the correct item(s), size(s), and color(s) you wish to purchase.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery if you received the incorrect item(s). We will work promptly to look further into your order and take the appropriate steps to get you the Magic Wear items you ordered.
We are not held responsible for any possible damages caused to orders or items while in transit, and we cannot provide any reimbursements or replacements for damaged items. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging to ensure that all items are ready to be received. If your item(s) are damaged in transit, please contact your local USPS as soon as possible to file a claim.
